First an initial consultation in your home to discuss dates and your ideal menu.

Includes
Susie shops, prepares, cooks and serves at your dining table.

Menu
Starters, entrée, main, followed by dessert. As the host you choose your own wine and Susie can guide on selection. 

How many guests? 
Cuisine Adagio is an intimate affair suitable for a sitting of 6 to 10 people.

About
Italian conversation class in your own home over a bowl of pasta prepared by Susie.  You will learn useful expressions for practical communication in Italy.
The topic of the day may be food, shopping, ordering in restaurants or just useful 'street' Italian.

Includes
Susie arrives with ingredients and prepares a simple pasta dish.
You take notes as Susie teaches you vocabulary and expressions for everyday communication. We eat together, continuing the conversation in Italian. We then revise the day's topic with Q&A.

Suitable for a minimum of 5 to 8 people
